I love reading my horoscope. I don't live my life by it, but I find value in the generalist information they give me, the nuances and tones that are set by the planets that are moving through each particular house in your sun sign. If you think astrology is a load of rubbish then look away, but if you are the sort of person who, like me, will always turn to the astrology section of the newspaper first, I want to share my 3 favourite online astrology sites.
Susan Miller, at
Astrology Zone, gives in depth monthly readings, and you can have your daily horoscope sent to your phone via an app. I love that she is not vague, however I sometimes find her to be a bit over enthusiastic, so if you are expecting to win lotto after reading your stars, you might actually just get a really good parking spot. Her readings are northern hemisphere based, so minus a day if you are in the southern hemisphere.
Jonathon Cainer is well known in Australia and is an old favourite of mine. He can seem a little vague but if you can get what he is saying it's generally spot on. He also has an app, which is handy. He has daily, weekly, monthly and yearly generalist readings for free.
Yasmin Boland is has free daily, weekly and monthly generalist forecasts, and she also does forecasts by the moon, which is a nice alternative. I love that her horoscopes have the option to be read for Australia and New Zealand, or for the rest of the world.
All of these astrologers also do personal readings if that is what you are after.
Do you read your horoscope? Who is your favourite astrologer, or do you consult a different oracle? Do tell!
