Wedding Dress

Sometimes I hang out with some friends for a Ladies Night In. These are super fun! We drink a lot, everyone tries to out cook each other, we discuss the big issues, and laugh our heads off. You know when you laugh so hard your face and sides hurt? I love it. Recently we decided to get together and wear our wedding dresses.


I love my wedding dress. I got married in 1990, and my dress is the last of the big '80s, mutton chop sleeved, taffeta extravaganza's. I had a lot of fun swishing around humming the theme from Shrek, saying One way by day, by night another...

I love making fun of myself, and it's not low self esteem, I promise. I just like to laugh and don't think people (including me) should take themselves so seriously. Anyway, Princess Fiona is HAWT!


I couldn't actually zip up the top, but I wore my swimmers underneath and wasn't too worried. It was a ladies night IN, after all. Anyway, great success! We had a lot of fun drinking wine, swishing around, taking photos, and laughing! Things may have got a little blurry..




And then someone cracked a bottle of champagne on my head and sailed me out to sea. Ha!
