This recipe is based on
this one, by Bill Granger. It was pretty simple to start with, and I've simplified it even further to suit the palates of the monkeys I cook for. It's a nice alternative to the usual carb offerings on my table, it's very easy to cook, and just like Bill Granger's daughter, my children love it.
This is quite rich, and a little goes a long way. It's a very nice dinner served with a salad.
