- Pork Satay with rice pilaf & steamed greens from the garden, Tofu Satay for the Vegetarian.
- Lamb chops on the BBQ with steamed potatoes & salad. I have this new dressing that can go on anything, so I am keen to check it out with this meal. I'll tell you about it soon, promise. The Vegetarian will cook herself an omelet.
- Spaghetti Bolognaise. Oh, shut up, you cook it too!
- Vegetarian Lasagna. Maybe. It's only really popular with the Vegetarian & myself.
- Some sort of middle eastern inspired beef, with couscous salad, zucchini frittata, cucumber salad & carrot salad. Lets see who likes carrots..
- Home made Pizzas. I made this last week with the intention of doing a tutorial as I have spent decades refining it to the perfect crispy crust. Well, pride comes before a fall, because for the first time ever, it was an epic fail! I'm pretty sure the yeast didn't activate. So round two soon!
- I am making Samosas tomorrow for lunch. Cause potatoes fried in pastry sounds awesome.
- Also, I'll be baking an Orange Blueberry Coconut loaf in an effort to use the blueberry's from the garden. No one seems to be eating them from the fridge.
What are you cooking this week?
