'I love Donna Hay and all things simple. I'm not a fan of fancy dishes myself. My HUGE secret in the kitchen is a very simple trick to make everything look gourmet. I put rocket salad on top of everything. Pizza, Pasta etc etc. It actually does make a dish go from meh, to wowza. Also good for the intestines ;-) '
