My new favourite sushi

I am pretty much smitten by sushi, it is my absolute preferred lunch any day. So when Hello Blogger Events sent out the invite for lunch at Sushi Train Chermside, I rsvp'd in the affirmative as fast as I could. The sushi was fresh, delicious, generously portioned, & easily the best sushi I have eaten in Brisbane so far...

There where 4 other lovely ladies to chat with & we where having such a great time that it was about 3 hours later that we thought about leaving. I am so glad I stumbled upon hello blogger events.The world of blogging is such a huge amount of fun to me, & jumping through the screen to meet other bloggers in the flesh is like the icing on the cake!

If you are in Australia you should definitely check out their website to see what other events are on the horizon, & maybe check out the photos of events already happened. They have regular events (both sponsored & unsponsored) in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne, & I think the rest of Australia can't be far behind!

So, what is your favourite sushi? I cannot go past  inside out fresh salmon & avocado with sesame seeds & flying fish roe. It's at the top, on the right. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
